How it all Started.....

Looking for a "fun" job in High School, I looked to a local skating rink.  Little did I know, that 15 years later, it would be my LIFE!  I deejayed as much as I could at the rink and had a blast.  Soon, it was time for college.  The need to DJ led me to my own show on the college radio station!  I became aware that they were in desperate need of a GOOD DJ for the dances, so that DJ became me.  Friends and family begged me to start doing parties and dances for them.  At the time I had to rent the equipment just to do these favors.  Does that tell you how much I love doing this?  Soon, small gigs became weddings and I decided to invest in my own equipment.  Of course I always have to have the best, so this was NO SMALL EXPENSE!  Since then, I have expanded to a 2nd and now a 3rd set of equipment and all that is needed to create and present Photo DVDs.

As you know, I have been doing this for the past 15 years.  It has been a blast.  It blows my mind that I can still be doing this.  I don't advertise.  I grow at least by 50% each year only by word of mouth.  My friends, family, and past clients have been very good to me through the years, making sure everyone knows they have THE DJ.  I spend a lot of effort making sure your night goes smoothly and exactly how you want it 

Lead DJ, Micheal Freedy

Micheal is a specialist in every genre of music and has tremendous enthusiam when on the mic. Micheal has already become a seasoned veteran and has stepped up and been the lead DJ at many events already this past year.  As the business continues to grow Micheal will be a huge part in the success as he DJ's more and more weddings.  CAUTION **** if you decide to have hip hop and old skool played toward the later portion of your event as Micheal will be sure to keep everyone on the dance floor.  The floor may become over-crowded and someone could get hurt. 

Lead DJ/Co-Owner Wisconsin,Johnny Young

Johnny is a man who knows his music and can really keep a crowd dancing all night long.  He will also go out on the dance floor to help energize a crowd!!!!  He specializes in Weddings because he has an ability to stay really calm in all situations to ensure all events go off without a hitch. 

 

Lead DJ, Lil' Pedro from the OC

Lil' Pedro has been a great addition to the team.  He is full of energy and always ready to get on the mic and lead a wedding to success.  He will even get out on the dance floor and lead the Electric Slide if not many people know exactly how to do it.  Being easy to work with and every bride that has dealt with him has brought back nothing but rave reviews.  Look forward to having the pleasure of having Lil' Pedro at your next event.  Lil' Pedro also plays Bass Guitar in a local band!  (Wartide Band)

 
Assistant DJ, Amber Druckenmiller

Amber is new the company and is one of my assistants that helps out in South Dakota. She is the life of the party as she goes out and leads EVERY dance! She may be only 16, but she knows her music and knows what to play to get the crowd dancing. She is a terrific addition to team JDProductions and will be a lead dj in the near future.
 

Assistant DJ, Megan Pirkel

Megan is a 16 year old DJ, but shows the experience of someone who has been doing it her whole life. She specializes in performing at school dances, but is beginning to learn the ropes of being a wedding DJ. If she is at your wedding she will most-likely be strutting her stuff on the dance floor showing your guests the latest dances.  

 

Lead Assistant-- Adam S.

Adam has been a great addition to the team.  He is full of energy and always ready to get on the mic and get a crowd going.  He will even dance with the bridesmaids if they do not bring a date.  Being serious:  Adam is truly a DJ who pays attention to detail and goes out of his way to make sure your event runs Perfectly because he is a perfectionist and does not like to make event the SMALLEST mistake. 

 

Hip-Hop Specialist DJ, Cedric McFadden

Cedric is new to the group but is already growing in popularity!  His knowledge for Hip-Hop music is a "must-have" if your wedding calls for a high level of this genre of music---Request Cedric to be your DJ!
